The litigation department deals with dispute resolution in general and the conducting of litigation in all of the countries courts (Magistrate, High, Appeal en Constitutional) including all other statutory tribunals and forums.
We strive to help find our clients quick and cost effective solutions bearing in mind that litigation is ‘n risky and costly exercise, becoming even more so in the fast changing legal environment of our country.
Our litigation department has experience in a wide range of legal fields including contract law, delictual law, matrimonial and family law, property law, company law, law of succession, law of things, neighbour law, trust law and commercial law.
Property
Business and Commerce
Our property department assist in the conveyancing of all types of properties in the country, including residential, commercial, sectional title, share block et cetera. They also assist in the drafting of purchase agreements for all of the above as well as the registration of commercial and notarial bonds over fixed and moveable property.
Our commercial department assist with the drafting of contracts, the strengthening of legal relationships, the forming and registration of companies and in general advising clients on business and tax related matters.
